Our Newspaper

With co-op, I learned about different parts of a news paper. Some things that we covered were, putting pictures in the news paper, good headlines, different parts of a story, and catching the readers interest. When having pictures, you want to make sure that the pictures go along with the story and look good. A good headline will grab the readers attention and get them to start reading. Things you need to cover in you story are who, what , when, where, why, and how. To catch the readers interest, you need to have a good headline, and story opener. Once we had learned all of this, we wrote our own stories and published a news paper.
